Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking applicants for a position as Donor Relations Specialist. The Donor Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, donor relations, scholarship projections, and database maintenance within the organization. The position involves supervision and oversight of account receivables, managing scholarship-related tasks, maintenance and administration of database operations, and providing support for fundraising initiatives. This role will also provide database support for the department of Development and Alumni Engagement by providing accurate reporting and lists for various outreach activities.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security standards. Additionally, the position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
This is a full-time, benefit and paid leave eligible position. Salary range of $47,000 - 53,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
